Jamaican jerk tofu

 with Jamaican Tofu


Ingredient

1]200 gram tofu(soya paneer)
2]2 Tamato(medium size)

3]1 Onion (large size)
4]1 tbsp Ginger paste

5]2 tbsp Garlic paste
6]2 Green chilli
7]3 tbsp honey
8]1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
9]1/4 tbsp cinnomon powder
10]5 tbsp oil
11]2 tbsp lemon juice
12]3 tbsp cornflour
13]1/4 tbsp lemon zest
14]1/4 tbsp garam masala powder
15]1/2 tbsp salt(or to taste)


Recipe

1]Take soya paneer and make 8 to 9 small square.
2]Put 1 tbsp oil and all ingredient except paneer and cornflour in mixer and make paste.
3]Take half paste in bowl and add cornflour in it,and mix it .
4]Cover the tofu with this paste and place pieces in plate and put it in freeze for 2 1/2 hour.
5]Take pan put it on low flame,put 1 tbsp oil in it grease the pan than put tofu peices in it ,roasted tofu from both side put some oil on the side of pieces ,roasted it till change into light brown.
6]Take half remaining paste put it into pan on high flame mix paste with spoon for 3 minute to make thick sauce.
7]Put ready tofu pieces in plate and pour ready sauce on it side and serve it immediately.
