quick and easy dinner recipes with Bread Poha










Ingredient
1]6 bread slice
2]1 tomato finely chopped

3]1 onion slice
4]1 small cup cabbage finely chopped
5]1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
6]1 small cup cabbage finely chopped
7]1/2 tsp chat masala
8]1/4 tsp red chilly powder
9]1/4 tsp turmeric powder
10]1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
11]1/4 tsp cumin seed
12]1/4 tsp brown mustard seed
13]1 tbsp oil
14]1 tbsp finely chopped coriander

Method

1]Take bread slices,remove its corner and cut into small square.
2]Take pan, put oil in it at high flame than put cumin seed and mustard seed in it.Put all vegetable in it at low flame and backed for 5-6 min .
3]Put turmeric powder,chilly powder and salt in it and mix it.
4]Put bread pieces in it,mix and back for 4-5 min,pour coriander on it.
5]Now vegetable bread poha is ready to serve.
