Stuffed Lifafa Paratha

Ingredient

For the dough

1]1 1/2 cup flour
2]1 tsp oil
3]salt to taste

For the stuffing

1]1/4 cup chopped onion
2]1/4 cup chopped cabbage
3]1/4 cup chopped carrot
4]1/2 tsp grated ginger
5]1/4 cup chopped capsicum
6]1/2 cup grated paneer
7]1/4 cup grated moziralla cheese
8]2 tsp oil
9]1/2 tsp black pepper
10]1/4 tsp red chilly powder
11]salt to taste
12]1 chopped green chilly

Other ingredient

2 tbsp oil for cooking

Method

For the dough

1] Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead into a soft dough using enough water. Keep aside.
2]Roll out small thin oblong parathas and bake them on a tawa very lightly..

For the stuffing

1]Heat the oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the capsicum,green chily and carrot sauté on a medium flame for 2-3 min.
2]add cabbage ,ginger and onion in it saute for 2 min
3]when cool,add paneer,cheese,salt ,black pepper and red chilly powder in it and mix the stuffing and divide into 5 equal portion.

How to proceed

1]Put a little stuffing in the centre of each paratha and close like an envelope.
2]Cook on a tawa on both sides with oil until pink spots come on top.
3]Repeat for the remaining parathas.
