Choco Dryfruit Samosa

• Refined flour (maida) 1 1/2 cup
• Dark chocolate,grated 150 grams

• Mixed nuts,chopped 150 grams
• Oil 4 tbsp
. Oil for deep frying
. Chocolate Sauce for garnishing

1] In a large bowl mix together maida, , four tablespoons oil and water and knead it to form a stiff dough.
2] Cover it with muslin cloth and rest it for an hour.
3] Divide dough into marble sized balls and roll each into an oval shaped puri. Cut into half. Place one half on your palm, dampen the edges lightly and shape into a cone.
4] Stuff the cone with chocolate and nuts. Dampen the open edge and seal it. Prepare the remaining samosas similarly.
5] Heat sufficient oil in a kadai taking care that it does not get too hot. Slid the samosas gently into the oil and deep fry till evenly golden and crisp.
6] Drain and place them on an absorbent paper.
7] Serve hot, garnished with some chocolate sauce.
