Stuffed Veggie Tortilla

Ingredient For The Tortilla

 1]1 1/2 cup maize flour(makai ka aata)
2]1/2 cup all purpose flour(maida)


3]4 tsp oil
4]1/2 tsp cumin seed
5]salt to taste
6]oil for frying
for the tortilla filling
1] 1 onion, chopped
2]2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
3] 2 tsp green chilli
4]4 ripe tomato chopped
5]2 tbsp roughly chopped coriander leaves
6] corn tortillas
7]200 gram grated cheese
8]salt to taste
9]1 tsp black pepper
10]1/2 tsp red chilli powder
11]3 tbsp oil

Method For The Tortillas
 
1]Mix all the ingredients together and make a dough by adding warm water. Knead very well.,br> 2]Divide the dough into 15-16 small portions. Roll out each portion thinly with the help of a little flour and prick all over with a fork. Cook lightly on pan.
3]Repeat with the rest of the dough.

For The Tortilla Stuffing

1]Heat 1/2tsp oil in a non-stick pan on a high flame, add the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
2]Add black pepper, salt and toss well.
3] Divide the stuffing into 15-16 equal portions and keep aside.
how to proceed
1]place 1 tortilla on pan at medium flame and spread one potion of stuffing on it and grate some cheese on it .
2]Fold into semi circle and pour some oil on it and bake from both side for 1-2 min and serve immediatly.
